This course is designed for teachers from grades K-12.

The participant will be introduced to Howard Gardner's Theory of multiple intelligences and how they can make the nine intelligences a regular part of their classroom teaching in accordance with the Pennsylvania Academic Standards in order to meet the individual needs of all students. Concrete examples will be provided of how this theory can be applied to curriculum development, teaching strategies, classroom management, assessment, special education, and other areas. This course has no prerequisites or prior requirements.
