This course is designed for educators from grades K-12. This is an online Moodle class, and each session contains a series of lessons, videos, written responses, and other activities.

The participant will be introduced to strategies and techniques for dealing with students who display a high degree of inappropriate behavior; and in doing so, raising their self-esteem and increasing their academic success in meeting the Pennsylvania Academic Standards and perform well on state and local assessments.

Beginning July 1, 2000, Act 48 of 1999 required persons holding Pennsylvania professional educator certification to complete continuing education requirements every five years in order to maintain their certificates in active status.
